Last month I received more feedback in response to the article on "Unforgettable Service a Touch of Class" that I wanted to utilize this opportunity to answer some of the questions regarding my experience and leave you with more techniques on delivering a true "wow" experience.

1. How were they able to anticipate your needs?
Exotic Travel puts a lot of value on the front end. Their team carefully captures data regarding their members and guests that help them understand what is truly deemed as an unforgettable experience for individuals and couples.

2. How was the butler beneficial to your experience?
The personal concierge/butler service is part of their elite members program. My butler handled all reservations, including escorting me to the venue, checking me in, letting key staff know that I was present, confirmed if I need anything else and returned to take me to my next destination. My butler checked in with me periodically and suggested things that I may want to experience during my stay.

3. How did their management staff execute so well?
It was apparent that everyone was in concert with each other. Their management staff was in constant communication with each other checking to see if the little details were being taken care of. This staff was also a world-class staff, coming from only the best facilities in the world that believed in the highest standards.

4. When did you first figure out that this experience was going to be different?
When I arrived at the airport and the greeter knew exactly who I was. He escorted me to my car that was waiting with the beverages I requested iced and ready to be consumed.

5. Apparently you were given the highest level of experience they could offer, did they have different levels?
Yes, there are a variety of programs, based on the membership purchase and the experience the guest desired. The interesting thing was that every level exceeded what the guest thought they were going to receive.
